Step 1. Contact
Energy Efficiency Specialist (EES) and Customer establish contact and arrange time for an audit of the Customer’s site.

Step 2. Audit
The Energy Survey (audit) is performed without further cost or further obligation. If applicable, specialized contractors perform subsystem.

Step 3. Specification
EES enters site data into energyOrbit software and specifies measures. Subcontractor specified measures are also included at this time.

Step 4. Proposal
A customized Energy Survey Reports and & Project Proposal detailing all recommended work, estimated project costs, rebates, projected payback and energy savings is delivered to the customer. Zero Interest Loan documents are also presented at this time if applicable.

Step 5. Approval and Reserved Incentives
The Project Proposal is accepted by the customer. Upon approval, customer signs Work Order and rebate funds for the project are reserved.

Step 6. Project Assignment
RightLights Plus assigns a pre-approved Program Contractor to the project. The contractor and customer agree upon a schedule for installation.

Step 7. Installation
Installation begins. RightLights Plus program staff manage the project to completion.

Step 8. Completion and Rebate Payment
Following project completion and successful post-inspection, Program releases rebate payment directly to Installer(s).

Step 9. Rebate fulfillment
RightLights Plus issues the rebate to the contractor. The customer is responsible paying the non-rebated portion of the project cost (if any).
